Shorten function throws Error 500 code due to missing uri. This is either the result of a typo or a change in the API.

Change line 45 from:
URL = URL + "&url=" + ToShorten.Long_URL
to
URL = URL + "&uri=" + ToShorten.Long_URL

should be:
URL = URL + "&x_apiKey=" + ToShorten.x_apiKey

Created Issue: bitly.vb - clicks function doesn't check for error post [5759]

The clicks function doesn't check if bitly_return.Root.Element("data").Element("error") exists.

This could lead to a crash if it does (and a clicks call was made with an invalid hash)
